What should my physical preparation be?
This route has a moderate level of difficulty, so the walks are designed to last between 3 and 7 hours each day, with ascents between 225 and 795 metres and descents greater than 800 metres.
The ground in general is quite rocky and there may be muddy/slippery stretches during the wet season. In addition, there are rural roads, asphalted areas, and sections with steep slopes (particularly in the Green Gorge area).
From June to September the walk can be more difficult, due to the high temperatures at that time of year, so we recommend leaving early on those days.

The detailed information will be sent to you once you make the reservation. This indicates a specific list of items, including good walking boots or shoes, waterproof clothing and a backpack.
