    Travel & Transfers

    To get to the starting point of your walking holiday, you can take a train to Swindon from Paddington station in London (1 hour) and from there a bus to Avebury (30 minutes).

    At the end of your trip, from Tring you can go by train to Euston station in London (40 minutes).

    Although spring and autumn can be very pleasant times to travel, this walking holiday can be completed at any time between March and October.

    We recommend that you book as soon as you are sure about your dates, as accommodation can fill up very quickly in this area. 

    This route has a medium-low level of difficulty, so it is recommended that you have experience in long-distance walks and that you are in good physical condition to make the most of this walking holiday.
