To get to the starting point of this walking holiday through Provence we recommend the following options. The first is to get to Marseilles-Provence Airport and from there take a bus or train to Apt (it will take between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the route).
The second is to get to one of the airports in Paris and take a train to Avignon (3h approximately). From Avignon, you can take a bus to Apt (1h 15m approximately).

Is luggage transfer included? What are the luggage requirements?
Absolutely! Each traveller has included 1 piece of luggage that we will transfer between your accommodations. It's important that this piece of luggage meets the following criterias:
- Maximum weight of 45 lbs (20 kg).
- Must be only 1 piece of luggage without any attachments or accessories.
- Should not contain valuables, fragile items, food or medications.

Temperatures in July and August can be very high, so we do not recommend doing the trip at this time, unless you are used to intense heat.
