    Start your journey in London, where you can take a train to St Erth, and from there another train to St. Ives.

    At the end of your route, you will have the following transportation options:

    Air travel: You can head to Newquay Airport, the closest to Penzance. Other options will be Bristol and a choice of airports in London.

    Travel by train or bus: In Penzance, you will find direct routes to London.


    This walking holiday has a moderate degree of difficulty, it is completed along coastal trails with some steep ascents and descents, so it is recommended that you are in good physical condition, that allows you to take the walks over hills comfortably.

    We recommend preparing for this trip by walking on mountainous terrain and doing cardiovascular exercise on a constant basis.
