Burgos is a charming city characterized by its fascinating medieval architecture that is in excellent condition. One exhibition is the imposing Holy Metropolitan Cathedral and Basilica of Santa Maria, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Before leaving the Burgos region behind, you will ascend to Upper Mostelares, from where you will have stunning views. Later you will cross the River Pisuerga until you reach Tierra de Campos, a region that extends along the provinces of Palencia, Zamora, Leon and Valladolid.
Afterwards you can make a stop in Boadilla del Camino and get to know the Church of La Asuncion, built between the 15th and 16th centuries, or the Jurisdictional Gothic Roll monument.
